We have a large operating division in the UK, where equity and bond teams manage global and regional products except for Asian assets, which we manage from Singapore. Other Asian offices – Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney – chiefly manage locally-sourced funds; Tokyo and Hong Kong provide marketing support to Asia. In the U.S., our office in Philadelphia manages U.S. fixed income and equity assets. Our property division is led from Stockholm, but with a large presence in London and throughout Continental Europe
